Skanska’s Parkview office building on Pujmanová street in Prague 4 has topped out, putting the 16,000 sqm office building on course for a completion in the second quarter of 2020. Already 30 percent leased, its tenant list includes a Spaces co-working center and The PUB Pilsner Unique Bar. New York-based Richard Meier & Partners studio designed the nine-storey building which overlooks Central Park Pankrac. The building has been designed in order to meet the highest environmental certification, LEED Platinum in addition to the WELL certification to ensure a healthy working environment.
