Škoda is planning to build a new sales and service center for cars in Pleven, northern Bulgaria. The project will go up near the Ruse-Sofia highway. The Czech company has launched a construction tender.
The 1,037 sqm building will include a service center, as well as a showroom and warehouse and office space. The entire project, including parking, will cover 4,900 sqm. The deadline for submitting bids for the tender is Aug. 5.
