A multi-modal transport hub will be built in the Skolkovo innovation center in the Moscow region. It will be a part of a complex with theater, showroom, and a hotel. The new transportation hub will be a key infrastructure point for the entire municipality of Skolkovo. The main construction work involved in the project will be a covered elevated pedestrian crossing, which will cross the highway M-1 and the railroad tracks. The entire facility will be located at the 19th km of the Minsk Highway in the Odintsovo district of Moscow region.
It will attach a pedestrian crossing to infrastructure facilities , which will result in additional 8,500 jobs. “The plan is to create a musical theater, an extreme entertainment park, showroom, tech center, a Square hotel complex, a multifunctional shopping and office complex called Trekhgorka, and parking. The project also includes comprehensive landscaping,” said the head of Moscow Architecture and Planning Vladislav Gordienko.
