Esop Consulting signed lease deals with two new tenants at the Sky Tower office building in Bucharest. Proiect Bucuresti took 579 sqm on the ninth floor of the building. The second lease was with Bomax Group. Proiect Bucuresti is a design company, which has been on the market for 60 years. BOMAX Group is part of Electricom SA, which manufactures and supplies renewable energy and photovoltaic panels. Sky Tower is the tallest office tower in Romania (137 meters and 37 floors) with premium class A+ offices, developed by Raiffeisen Evolution, the same developer of the Promenada Mall, located near Barbu-Vacarescu area.
