Tenants will begin moving into the mixed-use Sky Tower project during the first quarter of 2013, according to Polish media reports. The investment by the company LC Corp Sky Tower will add 28,500 sqm of offices, 25,000 sqm of retail and 240 flats to the Wrocław market. The project’s top floors will be reserved for office tenants.
The project was partially delivered last May. Sky Tower, which is 205.85 meters tall, is the tallest building in Poland. The last stage of the project, the apartments, are set for completion in the first quarter of 2013.
