In the Skyline Belgrade complex, the second phase of construction of business annex D on three floors, with a total area of 3,800 square meters of net area for renting business and retail space, located within the central square of the complex, has been completed. The investor is AFI Europe, and this business annex is part of the Skyline complex, beside the residential Skyline Tower A.
The first tenants signed a contract, which issued about 30% of business annex D to Termovent, a leader in the field of engineering and production. The contract was signed with the professional assistance of the leading real estate consulting company in Serbia – CBS International, part of the Cushman & Wakefield Group as a rental agent.
Skyline Business Annex D is part of the operating complex, and was built in record time, during the pandemic, now ready and operational to meet office and retail space tenants.
