The real estate investment company Capital Mill’s Skyon project in Tallinn should cost around €20 million. The 26-story office building will be located at Maakri Street 30 in the Tallinn’s central business district. The company has submitted a construction permit application and an answer is expected this autumn. Once permission has been granted, construction will take 22 months, with completion set for 2020. The unique design from awarding winning Estonian architects KOKO, is modelled on Scandinavian architecture. Marko Uueda, head of Capital Mill’s new developments says his company will target small and medium sized businesses as tenants. “In recent years we have seen a clear demand from small companies for office solutions, we can now fill a significant gap”.
