Cresco has started marketing flats at its Slnečnice-Mesto project in Bratislava’s Petržalka district. Currently, 348 flats are on sale in a project that has been in the works since before the crisis hit. This is the first phase of the new neighborhood, which will include 1,500 apartments in six blocks after completion. The flats range between one (25 sqm) and four rooms (107 sqm), with prices running from €1,600/sqm to 1,700/sqm, including VAT. Trend Reality writes that the pricing is competitive, as older flats in neighboring housing blocks sell between €1,300 and €1,400/sqm.
