SMA Magnetics has leased 14,000 sqm of manufacturing and office space at Goodman Kraków Airport Logistics Centre. Goodman Kraków Airport Logistics Centre is located in Modlniczka next to an exit from Krakow’s ring road. The complex includes seven buildings on 31.5 ha. Once fully built out, the park will offer 150,000 sqm. Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant during the lease process. “We are pleased to prepare space that will create an optimum growth environment for SMA Magnetics. Goodman’s logistics park is located at a crossroads of Europe’s major transport routes, a guarantee of seamless distribution for our client’s products. And the scale of the project will enable further expansion in the future,” said Jarosław Czechowicz, head of portfolio management for the CEE region at Goodman.
