The online dealer of mobile phones and smart electronics Smarty CZ has leased 700 sqm in Bredovský dvůr in central Prague. The transactions brings the building’s occupancy to 95 percent. Smarty CZ also operates the iWant Apple Premium Reseller brand stores and is an authorized provider of Apple service. The 700 sqm it will occupy was the last unit of that size in the building, which offers a total of 12,000 sqm of class A office space. The building is managed by Euramco.
“The capacity of our existing premises has slowly become insufficient for our needs to effectively and comfortably accommodate our growing teams. Prague 1 has always provided a representative address with good accessibility for our employees and therefore, we are happy that thanks to the spacious unit available at Bredovský dvůr, we have managed to stay in the area,” says Ing.
