Smurfit Kappa Polska has leased 6,500 sqm of space at MLP Pruszków II. The facility is scheduled to be delivered in June. “We are very happy to have attracted this new lessee. MLP Pruszków II is the region’s largest logistics park. Currently, approximately a third of the park’s target area has been leased. This means that we continue to have substantial potential for further development,” said Agnieszka Góźdź, head of sales at MLP Group. MLP Pruszków II is located in the vicinity of Warsaw, in the commune of Brwinów, 5 km from Pruszków. It offers 285,000 sqm of warehouse and light manufacturing space on 72 ha.
