Polish paint producer FFIL Sniezka will acquire an 80-percent stake in Hungary’s Poli-Farbe. The owners of the Hungarian company, meanwhile, will retain a 20-percent holding. The deal will make Hungary the biggest export market for Sniezka, which is already the leading supplier for paint and varnish in Belarus, Ukraine and Poland. The company employs more than 1,000 people and sells more than 15,000 tons of paint per year.
