Société Générale European Business Services has expanded its space at West Gate by 4,000 sqm. The French company now occupies 12,700 sqm at the Bucharest office complex. The lease expires in 2021. West Gate, owned by Genesis Development, is currently fully leased. The complex offers 75,000 sqm of space in five buildings. Tenants include Accenture, Alpha Bank, Carestream, Citi, Dacia-Renault, Ericsson. Siemens, Panasonic and WNS.
