Societe Generale European Business Services expanded its space at the West Gate office park in Bucharest’s Militari area by another 2,600 sqm. This is the seventh consecutive expansion the company has signed with Genesis Property, which owns the class A office park. Societe Generale now occupies 19,500 sqm at West Gate. Its lease runs through 2025. West Gate is currently fully leased.
