The Polish office of Societe Generale and SG Equipment Leasing Polska, companies belonging to Societe Generale, the French financial group, will move in early 2024 to an office building in the Studio complex developed by Skanska.
The Polish office of Societe Generale and SG Equipment Leasing Polska will move to building B, which is part of the Studio office complex at Prosta Street in Warsaw. The new tenants will benefit both from sustainable and futureproof office space, as well as from the brilliant range of cafes, restaurants and eateries (plus entertainment options) provided by Fabryka Norblina located just next to Studio. The office building will be completed in August 2023.
“We are delighted that in over a dozen months the employees of our two companies will be moving to a new office building in the vibrant financial centre of Warsaw. I am convinced that thanks to the move and the modern office space, the comfort and safety of our employees’ work will be significantly improved. This, in turn, will ensure a more efficient organisation of work, positively influencing the cooperation and integration of our teams,” says Philippe Caulier, Director of Administration and Operations at Societe Generale in Poland.
“In the post-pandemic era, the office is not only a building to work in, but also a place to meet, generate creative ideas, and build teams. It is a space that suits different working styles. Add to this a green outdoor space, eye-catching architecture and sustainable solutions – and you get the perfect place for business development. We would like to thank our tenant for the trust they have placed in us,” says Paulina Strutyńska, Leasing Manager at Skanska`s commercial development business unit in CEE.
