Socimi Hispania bought a land plot on Vía de los Poblados in Madrid for €32m. The company plans to develop two office buildings with a combined surface area of 56,000 sqm on the site. The two buildings will be joined by a covered walkway and will include a gym, a nursery, cafeterias as well as auditorium. The land acquisition was carried by Mangareva Development, S.L. Construction is scheduled to begin at the end of 2018.
