In a deal worth €40m, Socimi Trajano Iberia, managed by a division of Deutsche Bank, acquired the Echevarría building in Bilbao, Spain. Located on Calle Alameda de Urquijo, Echevarría offers 8,927 sqm of of office and retail space. Socimi Trajano Iberia is planning to invest €190m in real estate projects in Spain and Portugal. The company is managed by the real estate division of Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management and has €94.8m in secured funding.
