Around 43,000 sqm of class A and B office was completed in Sofia the second quarter of this year, according to a reported published by MBL. The city’s total inventory grew to 1.92 million sqm. Overall office vacancy was 10.1 percent in Q2. There is currently 370,000 sqm under construction, while another 220,000 sqm is expected to break ground later this year and in 2019. Average rental rates for class A were between €12 and €14 per sqm and €7 to €11 for class B.
