Housing prices in Sofia are on the rise, jumping 6 percent in the three quarters of 2015, compared to the same period last year, according to Bulgarian Properties. The report shows that the analysis was done on a register of 17,000 transactions completed in the first nine months of the year, compared with just 14 ,000 transactions completed in the same period in 2014.
The average price of flats sold in Sofia in the third quarter was €794 per sqm, up from €780/sqm in the second quarter. Prices in Q3 2014 were just €750 per sqm.
