Sofia Tech Park, Bulgaria’s first science and technology park in Bulgaria, opened today. The €38m project, officially named Innovation + Technology Network, was partially funded by the EU. It will include 11 laboratories for information and communications technology (ICT), biotechnology and green energy. Future tenants might include Neveq and Launchub.
Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borisov and President Rosen Plevneliev attended the opening ceremony.
