SoftwareONE Polska, a global supplier of software and licensing solutions, has signed a 549 sqm office lease at Centrum Królewska in Warsaw. Rezydent Group, the owner of the property was represented in the transaction by Cushman & Wakefield, while the tenant was advised by Brookfield Partners. Centrum Królewska is located in Warsaw’s city center, near the junction of Marszałkowska and Królewska streets, and offers 7,000 sqm of leasable office space. The modern class A office building features state-of-the-art technological systems to ensure ease of operation and safety. “The key drivers in SoftwareONE’s decision to select Centrum Królewska included the building’s location, which enables a quick and convenient access to transport services, and a flexible lease term,” said Dorota Mielke, senior negotiator of the office agency at Cushman & Wakefield.
