Solar Polska, part of Solar Group, will open a shared services center in Symetris Business Park in Łódź. The company has leased 1,000 sqm in the EPP-owned office complex. Colliers International advised the tenant in the lease transaction. Symetris Business Park consists of two buildings totaling 19,000 sqm. The property offers flexible layouts, open space, conference rooms, offices and quiet rooms.
