Somfy is relocating its Czech operations to Baawer Office House in Prague 5. The French manufacturer of gate propellants and steering systems signed a lease on 855 sqm of office and retail space in the building where it will set up its new headquarters. The lease was brokered by 108 Agency. The company is leaving its current space on Na Radosti street in Prague 5, as it did not allow for further expansion. Located on Bavorská street in the city’s Stodůlky district, Baawer Office House offers 3,636 sqm of office and retail space across four floors.
