Sommering Install, which designs, installs and performs maintenance on HVAC and electrical systems, has been declared insolvent in Romania at its own request.
The court granted the request and set the date of March 5, 2013 as the deadline for entry on the statement of affairs, according financiarul.ro.
The company is owned by Rudolf Sommer and its list of references includes work on the U.S. Embassy, Baneasa Shopping City, Chitila Rezidents, Washington Residence, Bucharest Business Park, and the Embassy of Germany.
