The grou0’s third hotel in Porto, which opened over the weekend, is expected to generate €1.5m in turnover, adding to the company’s revenues that are driven by the tourist sector. Sonae Capital achieved a 20 percent increase in RevPAR in 2015, while turnover grew by 13 percent. The director said that its marks at its Tróia Resort facility was growing especially due to French tourists, and to Scandinavians who seek as a golf destination.
