Sonae Sierra is taking over the management of Parking Mărăşti in Cluj-Napoca from Veneto Banca. The 4,000 sqm building offers commercial space and 250 parking spots. It was built in 2008 by Mircea and Flavius Cherteş in partnership with Cluj-Napoca City Hall.
Projects costs were covered by a €3.65m loan from Banca Italo-Romena (now Veneto Banca).
