Sonae Sierra will oversee the management and leasing of three Union Investment shopping centers in Hamburg: Quarrée Wandsbek-Markt, Mercado and Geschäftshaus Ottensen. The three shopping centers total 105,800 sqm of retail space.
Sonae Sierra currently manages eight shopping centers in Germany, with a total GLA of 290,100 sqm, as well as more than 650 shops in Berlin, Hamburg, Munster, Weiterstadt and Solingen.
