Sony DADC has signed a lease agreement for 20,450 sqm at Prologis Park Štěnovice. The transactions includes 17,500 sqm renewal of distribution and office space in Building 2 and 2,950 sqm extension of distribution space in Building 3, bringing the total space used by Sony DADC to 38,500 sqm. “We continue to see the expansion of existing brands already present in the market, which in turn requires additional space for logistics operations,” says Martin Baláž, director, leasing and development, Prologis Czech Republic and Slovakia. The facility is located 2 km from the city of Pilsen near the D5 motorway and offers 58,500 sqm of logistic space in three buildings.
