Soravia Romania has finished renovating Starlight Suites Hotel into office space. Now called Metropolis Center, the Bucharest project offers 19,000 sqm of leasable space, of which 11,000 sqm are class A office space and 5,500 sqm are Class B office space. The remaining space is for restaurants and retail. Soravia also owns 7,700 sqm of land in the city’s Mihai Bravu area, where it originally planned to develop an office building. The company has since scrapped the plans, and the land is now on sale for €3.45m.
