Three years after putting 45 construction plots on sale in Bratislava, Soravia Group has managed to sell just six of them. The project, called Uptown Koliba is located in the popular Koliba residential neighborhood. The Austrian developer prepared the land including zoning and infrastructure for building family homes. The 600 – 1,000 sqm plots are on offer for between €350 and €505 per sqm. The developer first put them on sale in 2012.
