After opening Hotel Mundial, in Martim Moniz, and Hotel Portugal, on Rua João das Regras, Sotelmo will open a third hotel in downtown Lisbon. The group bought the Braz&Braz buiding in Travessa Nova de São Domingos, and will transform it into a 4-star hotel with 120 rooms. The project will require an investment of €17.5m. The new hotel will have a restaurant, a bar, a spa with an indoor pool, gym and meeting rooms. Sotelmo§s reconstruction of Hotel Mundial needed just €1.5m.
