A high-end residential project is underway in the Marquês de Pombal neighborhood of Lisbon. The Sottomayor Residences project at Avenida Duque de Loulé is to be restored by the end of 2017. The luxury project is being marketed by Coporgest, and represents an investment of €60m. The 4-building complex was constructed in the beginning of the twentieth century and offers units of between 55 sqm and 221 sqm. Patricia Barão, Head of Residential of JLL, says the Sottomayor Residences represent “an excellent example of urban regeneration in Lisbon, which lacks quality supply.”
