Jinsung, a South Korean company providing general contracting services in the fields of air conditioning, ventilation and heating systems, clean room design and public places has leased over 10,300 sqm of space at Panattoni Park Wrocław XI complex. The Korean brand has been operating in the construction sector in Poland since June 2019 and its portfolio already includes several large investments. Jinsung plans further expansion into other markets throughout Europe.
“For us, Poland is an important destination for investment. Our company has now launched its Polish branch in Wrocław and due to the proximity of strategic business partners and location, we decided to lease warehouse space at Panattoni Wrocław XI logistics park. Our company is planning to further develop in Poland as well as abroad, so the warehouses and office located in Nowa Wieś Wrocławska near the A4 motorway and the A8 motorway junction will be an excellent location for us,” stated Young Shin Kim, President of JINSUNG IND Poland
