Southwest Value Partners buys BofA

Southwest Value Partners, a San Diego-based investment firm, has acquired three office building in downtown Orlando in a $208.1 million transaction. The portfolio includes the 27-story Bank of America Center on N Orange Ave, the 19-story One Orlando Centre on N Magnolia Ave and the 18-story Citrus Center at 25 W South St. Trading for an average of just over $208 per sqf, the buildings total approximately one million square feet. Atlanta-based Cousins Properties was the vendor of all three properties.
