SOVAD LLC, a development entity run by Peter V. Davos and his family, has received approval to develop a 80 unit multi-family residential complex in West Roxbury. The $23 million development located on VFW Parkway will feature community meeting rooms, tenant storage areas, and outdoor terraces. Ten of the units will be designated as affordable in keeping with the city policy. The two 4-story buildings will come with 131 parking spaces. Morning and evening shuttle service will be provided to MBTA Commuter Rail stops.
