The co-working office operator Spaces will be opening two new locations in Prague, adding nearly 8,000 sqm of share office space to the city’s total. JLL has worked with the company to secure deals at Nile House (3,300 sqm), where it will open in November, and at SmichOFF in Prague 5 in December. “Location is one of the key factors for flexible office centers,” said Marta Kadlecová of JLL. “Along with the popular Prague 1, where Spaces will soon open its first center, Prague 5 and Prague 8 are also very attractive to users because of their excellent accessibility and quality services. Spaces is run by International Workplace Group, which operates more than 3,000 locations in 120 countries.
