According to a recent survey by CBRE of the directors of 100 major companies in Spain, the country’s real estate sector now presents enormous opportunities. Experts forecast that the acceleration of property development will be continue in 2016. The study found that 49 percent of the directors surveyed claimed that the refurbishment sector currently offers the most opportunities, while 40 percent believe the new housing sector has significant potential. They predicted that the number of new homes this year would come to between 100,000 and 175,000.
