The Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance is putting 34 Madrid properties on the auctioning block. The properties include urban buildings as well as land. Worth €17.18m, an urban plot covering approximately 11,230 sqm on Avenida Santo Ángel de la Guarda has the highest appraisal value in the portfolio. The deadline for bids is Oct. 20.
