Allegra Holding of Madrid, Spain has purchased two office buildings for located in Coconut Grove for a combined $42 million. Continental Plaza on Mary Street traded for $22.75 million, or $283 per square foot. The five-story, 80,380-square-foot building was built in 1982 and last sold for $16.3 million in 2005. The 7-storey second building, Bayview Executive Plaza sold for $19.25 million (including the covered parking) having sold for $12 million in 2004. The sellers, Boston based TA Associates Realty, were represented by Marcus & Millichap’s Douglas K Mandel and Benjamin H. Silver who also found the buyer.
