The average price of renting a room in an apartment in Spain increased by 4 percent in the Q3 of 2015, according to Easy Piso. The numbers indicate that the average price of renting a room cost around €303, compared to €290 in Q2. In Seville, rents have risen the most since the summer, bringing the cost of renting a room in an apartment to €310, compared to €280 in the previous quarter.
In Barcelona, Madrid and Malaga, rents jumped by around €20. The most expensive city for room rentals is Ibiza, which has an average rental price per room of €471.
