Spark C, the office building located in Warsaw’s Wola district, secured WELL Core & Shell certification. After obtaining WELL certification for the commercial interior, for its office space on the fifth floor, the entire core and shell of the building has now been deemed a healthy and comfortable place to work. This is the first such distinction in Poland and the second in the CEE region after the Visionary office building in Prague was awarded WELL Core & Shell certification. The project was also developed by Skanska.
