Secure Property Development & Investment (SPDI) is in the process of acquiring half of Helios Phoenix’s Romanian portfolio, according to profit.ro. The deal is expected to net up to €9m. Once the acquisition is finalized, SPDI will be the new owner of the Olympian Logistics parks in Bucharest, Braşov and Timişoara which provide a net operating income of about €4.5m per year.
