Following its takeover of Innovations Park in Clinceni, Secure Property Development & Investment (SPDI) has now acquired EOS Business Park for €5.85m. The Bucharest office building, owned by Primavera Development, serves as the Romanian headquarters for the French dairy group Danone. SPDI, an investment company registered in Cyprus, was founded in June 2005. The company initially focused on real estate investments in Ukraine but has since expanded throughout the region, acquiring assets in Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia and Montenegro.
