Work is underway on a new ten story Class A office tower in the Waterford At Blue Lagoon corporate park, the result of a JV between TIAA-CREF and Allianz Real Estate of America. The 250,000 square foot speculative office building, located at 800 Waterford Drive, is adjacent to Miami International Airport and State Road 836. The existing complex sits on a 250 site and features six buildings and 1.4 million square feet of office space. The campus is currently 97 percent leased to numerous regional headquarters of multinational corporations such as Airbus, Caterpillar, FedEx, Sony, Estee Lauder, and Baxter Healthcare. The new project is slated for completion in mid-2017
