Serbian president Aleksandar Vucic said workshops will be allowed to open tomorrow, including automobile mechanics, dry cleaning, shoemakers, tailors, car dealership, bike shop and construction supply stores. He said that stores of up to 300 sqm would be able to open their doors again beginning April 27, except for those in shopping malls. While the current loosening of economic activity will depend on keeping the coronavirus under control, the plan calls for hairdressers, beauty salons and gyms to be able to open by May 4th. Hotels, spas, shopping malls, intercity traffic and a loosening of restrictions around airports and restaurants should follow by May 11. Vucic said construction workers would be able to go back to work on buildings of all sizes beginning tomorrow.
