The Hungarian company Specimpex is carrying out a €300m mechanical investment financed by the EU and Hungarian sources in Szolnok. The company has won €100m tender from the Hungarian government, which stipulates that the investment has to be finished by the end of 2012. The project provides 40 new workplaces in the region. The company’s main profile is the manufacturing, importing and exporting of military weapons, military air vehicles and engines.
