The Specjał Group, an FMCG retailer has relocated its Western Pomeranian branch to 7R City Flex Szczecin. Its new wholesale warehouse will total 4,700 sqm. The tenant was represented by Cresa in the leasing process. “The Specjał Group is yet another company to have opted for our 7R City Flex Szczecin, which is now fully leased. It follows our previous deal with Specjał, which is also present at 7R Park Kraków. It is the best confirmation of our top quality services both in project delivery and during the lease term,” said Maciej Krawiecki, Leasing Director at 7R SA.
