A new warehouse building where construction began in January has proven the strength of the market by completing leasing by the beginning of March. Prologis Park Prague-Uzice has already concluded two major leases for the new building, including a 13,974 sqm lease to the logistics provider FIEGE that was facilitated by 108 Agency. A second lease for 14,175 sqm of space was concluded with Stavebniny DEK, which suppliers building materials to contractors and already occupies nearly 7,000 sqm in Building 2. Prologis Park Prague-Uzice is a modern logistics park located on the D8 highway, 9 kilometers north of Prague leading to Germany. Another 40,000 sqm of leasable area can still be developed at the site.
