SPEEDWELL will soon launch sales for GLENWOOD ESTATE, a new premium villa project near Bucharest, in Corbeanca. The construction works are estimated to break ground in 2024 and the first units are set to be delivered early 2025. GLENWOOD ESTATE will offer a total of 209 villas, 50 of them to be built in Phase One. The initial stage of the project will require a EUR 21 million investment, while the total value is estimated at EUR 94 million.
