Speedwell begins construction work for the first phase of THE IVY residential project located in Bucharest, Băneasa. Phase 1 of the complex comprises of 2 buildings and 228 apartments, the first building to be delivered in June 2022. The complex will be built in four phases and will include a total of 800 apartments, located in 10 buildings with a height of P + 6. The residents of the project will have access to a series of facilities created for a modern lifestyle, such as: restaurant, gym with pool, kindergarten and shop.
The developer has signed a collaboration contract with BTDConstruct & Ambient for the role of General Contractor and collaborates with the real estate consulting company Knight Frank Romania for the sale of the apartments.
Speedwell is also developing a Class A office project, MIRO, a few minutes’ walk from THE IVY. Both THE IVY and MIRO will obtain the BREEAM Excellent certification.
